All work is carried out with you present so you can ask questions and observe what's happening, and you'll be given advise to help prevent the problem occurring in the future, where appropriate.
Hardware / Software not working?
An appointment will be made at your convenience with evenings and weekends available. All preliminary work is carried out on site saving you time and the hassle of unplugging and moving the PC. PCs are only bought back to the workshop if necessary and at no extra cost.

New PC / Printer / Camera?
PCS can help you set up and test a new PC and install common peripherals such as printers, scanners and digital cameras. We can set up your programs in an organised system making them easy for you to find with a brief tutorial on how to use them.

Also important, if you use the internet, is the installation of a security system to protect your computer from attack by virus programs. We will show you what is available and how to use them. It is possible for someone to install a program on your computer without you knowing it is there. Scanning your computer with a security system will reveal these and can be deleted.
